Day 4: Spinach Artichoke Pizza

Don't worry, I know it's late in the evening, but I was spending the day photographing a wedding and didn't get to my kitchen and then my computer until just now.  Here's my proof, that way no one thinks I'm slacking, and plus, I am just excited to start showing off these pictures already.  And, she had an artichoke in her bouquet, so I'm going to say it's completely relevant.

But as for the daily dish.  Tonight I cooked up a spinach artichoke pizza.  I originally wanted to base it off of the dip, but realized it would just be spreading the appetizer all over a pizza crust, which is in retrospect doesn't sound as appetizing.  So, instead I just got all the ingredients for a good dip and prepared them a little bit differently.  I'm still working on perfecting the ratios of that pizza crust, but here are the toppings.

Ingredients:

1 cup spinach

6 oz. mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

4 artichoke hearts

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon thyme

1/8 teaspoon saffron

1/8 teaspoon paprika
