Interiors of the Jay Maisel Bank

While in New York recently, I got to meet Jay Maisel and go on a tour of the bank he bought in Brooklyn years ago and turned into his photography headquarters.  While we went on a tour of his building, he gave us some time to stop and look around his collections.  His bank (previously lived in by Roy Lichtenstein according to a plaque on the wall) has six floors and a basement.  The fifth floor he has dedicated to these various collections that he has made consisting of awls, sardine cans of miniature plastic babies, drawers of keys, and trash bags full of slides.
